But why I can only get who log in   ---  %SYS-5-CONFIG_I
can't get what he was doing   ---- %PARSER-5-CFGLOG_LOGGEDCMD

Any idea?

You can only get login and configuration items.

Logging any show commands don't appear to be an option.
