We have shared mailbox called Customer services. Sales department needs to set-up Auto reply message on it. Which I have done using outlook 2010 under Rules. and even OWA using new rules. but it seems this not good idea. because for this CS outlooks needs all the time open and running but due to shared and common mailbox it is just added extra mail box for sales department user.
I am looking is it any way I can set-up Auto reply for mailbox using EMC in exchange 2010 server.
Please help .
