Include Exchange 2013 Disclaimer for Reply and Forward

Hi Guys,

I've been digging for information how to include an Exchange 2013 Disclaimer for Replies and Forwarding messages, using the Exchange transport rules.

Has anyone had any success, or is 3rd party software the only solution?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you want it only for Replies and Forward add a condition that the subject has RE: or FW:

This being said there is a lot of pitfalls with a disclaimer using transport rule the first being that it is appended at the end of the email conversation, as alternative you can look at 3rd party tools like http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-rules-2013/
