Entity Framework: mapping of CLR type to EDM type is ambiguous

I have a project which includes 10 or more databases as EF models.  Originally it was EF5 but I upgraded to EF6 because I read that they fixed this "ambiguous" issue.  All of the models are in separate folders / namespaces within a "DataEntities" namespace.  Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I am not sure what problem you are trying to fix?  Is there a problem in the different namespaces?  If you generate a new data model with EF6, in a new test project, does it have the same problem?
