Exchange 2010 capitalizing middle part of name that should not be

We have an assistant who has a middle part of their name (del as in del toro) that is being capitalized in the Global Address Book in Outlook 2010 or when they print email out on the output.

We have changed the middle part of their name on their Exchange Mailbox and in Active Directory and it will still always be capitalized. Any help correcting this would be greatly appreciated.

When you do an AD search for the name,  does the result show it with a Capital letter.  Don't forget to right click the search result and select rename.  As well as the other fields you mentioned.

When I do a search it does not show it with a Capital letter. I think it might be okay now as I changed the "Simple Display Name" setting and now it is starting to show up correctly. I will keep checking to make sure.

Ah I bet it was just taking a while to sync with the outlook clients.
