How do I remove myself from the "A bug has been added to the Experts Exchange"?

The title says it all. Also, it would be nice if there were an obvious link on the home page for this kind of topic -- I can't even find where to go to look at bug lists.

Southmod,  thanks for your prompt attention to this. Please note it though. Delete away, but please inform whoever necessary that there are questions of this type being asked.
This indicates two problems that need addressing:
1. The site is not intuitive nor easy to use. Questions like this should never have to be asked. Has anyone ever queried how to add or remove items from their shopping cart on amazon? Or how to check out and pay for them? That is a fairly complex site yet it is laid out in a way that does not need explanation of how to use it. Even if you want to change your mind or return an item there are obvious links there to help you through the process. EE is not easy to use or there wouldn't be so many questions about it.
2. It isn't easy to find the correct area to ask how to use the site.
Things seem to have taken a bad turn this week.

I have never even heard of Groups until yesterday.
There is no link on this page that says anything about groups.
Community Support doesn't seem to exist any more.

There is something called Site Support.  But you can't ask questions, you have to start discussions.
I found it yesterday, but I can't find it today.

I've been here 10+ years, but right now I am lost.  Please let somebody know.
Instead, you should ask a question like this in the Community Support forum.

Nice in theory, except there is no "Community Support" topic area (what the heck is a "forum?") listed in Topics, nor can it be found when you're asked to select a topic area when asking a question.User generated image

SouthMod:
Please don't ask questions like this in the Technical Forums.Instead, you should ask a question like this in the Community Support forum.
I think previous posters have captured my response. I posted this question in the technical forum because I could find nothing more appropriate. So, to my 2nd point and the point of the other posters, from the home page how do I a) get to the Support Forum and b) "Open the Group" as you've instructed? Neither of these navigation targets appear in any obvious way on this page. You told me to go there, but not how to get there. THX
For "b)"
1) click the Network 'tab' in the flyout tabs bar that appears when you mouse/scroll up
2) choose Groups from the flyout menu that drops down when you click that 'tab'
3) click the My Groups 'tab' if that 'tab' isn't selected by default (which it was when I just clicked Groups, but I guess that doesn't necessarily mean it always will be).
4) click on the Group Name from which you're receiving messages
5) click the Group Settings 'horizontal tab' on the left.

*now* (presuming the techs haven't altered the UI since I posted this), you should see the 'Leave Group' button.  :)

Darr247: Labyrinthine, but I managed following your instructions. Now, I think what I did was left the group "Site Support" which emailed me with the subject "Group Discussion Digest" and always has <br /> Site Support: )<br/> in the text body. Fine, I wanted out of that too. But what about the "Project Bug Added: Experts Exchange" messages? Not a "Group" apparently. How do I get off that list? Here's a sample message:
Date: Tue, 30 Jun 2015 13:30:26 -0700 (PDT)

A bug has been added to the Experts Exchange - test the new Network for Technology Professionals project:

Bug: Is grading gone?

Once you posted that message's full Subject, I could see it came from a Project (to wit,
this Project... so I reported the original problem there, as well as the problem that the Community Support topic area(s) aren't shown in the Topics list and are not Searchable when Asking a new question.
Have you tried tracing a route back up the breadcrumb and checking you aren't showing an "Unmonitor" link in the page footer?

Try this top level link and see if you've been set as subscribed ("Monitoring")
https://www.experts-exchange.com/Expert_Testing/1063/Experts-Exchange-test-the-new-Network-for-Technology-Professionals.html
Are there different versions of the site for different access levels, or something?

'cause I don't see any Unmonitor link in the footer, myself.

Yeah... I don't use firefox and don't recommend it to anyone. If EE's writing their site to work primarily with FF, they're making a big mistake.
Not sure what the site engineer's current favourite is but I get the "Unmonitor" overlay option in FF, Chrome and IE on the Bugs page - On this thread following last week's "upgrade" the equivalent is the spooky blue eye icon on the left.
On my phone I have a spooky blue eyeball on the right if I click the disappearing blue circle on the bottom right.
What does the blue eyeball do? It's the only thing highlighted in the list of pictures it pulls up but when I click ir nothing seems to happen. I would expect it to change colour.
I don't see anything like that in the EE app...User generated imageOr are you talking about using a browser in your phone instead of EE's app?
I've requested that this question be deleted for the following reason:

Please open a discussion on this if you haven't already.
Any objections to this request will not stop it being deleted.

So far, I have no answer to my question. I don't know what it means, "Please open a discussion on this if you haven't already." What am I doing now if not that? This shouldn't be hard. If there is somewhere else this message should be posted, please be explicit about where and, most importantly, how to get there from the home page.

Here is another example bug link: https://www.experts-exchange.com/bugs/7565/Create-a-Link-Dialog-Box-Too-Small.html. When I go there, there is no "unmonitor" button.

To repeat, how do I unsubscribe to these bugs? I posted a "bug" of my own more than a year ago and I simply don't care to get messages on everyone's bleeping bugs forever!

Please advise
Try this:
Scroll to the top of this page.
Click on the blue Network button.  [On the 3rd line between Learn and Contribute.]
Click on Groups.
Click on the Bugs group.  [Not sure of the exact title.]
When you cursor over the Member button, it will change to Settings.  Click on Settings.
You should see a big Leave Group button near the top of the page.

I did follow the link in your post 40869586 and clicked un-monitor. Hopefully, that takes care of my issue.

Now, is there someplace I can simply post a comment, complaint, etc. about site functionality and whatnot where I don't get inundated with extraneous postings by others on other topics?

I know this is scheduled for deletion but "Thanks for posting this, jmarkfoley!"

I've wondered the same and was just as lost. I've been to EE almost daily for 10+ years and the current UI is practically unusable, especially for trying to find anything other than the basic topics that I "follow".

At least now I have some clues.
