No different process for system DB.

First check the location of files

SELECT name, physical_name AS CurrentLocation, state_desc
FROM sys.master_files
WHERE database_id = DB_ID(N'<database_name>');

here logical_name = name in above command.
you can copy the physical file name from the above command to put into the <OS_file_name> in below command.

ALTER DATABASE <database_name> MODIFY FILE( NAME = logical_name , FILENAME = '<new_path\os_file_name>'

for example you are moving msdb from c drive to D:\data drive.

in this case script will be

data file:

Log file:

repeat the same process for all databases which you want to move except MASTER database.

for Master database you have to change the startup parameter in sql server configuration manager.

-d 'new path'
-l  'new path'

now stop the service and move the files from C drive to another drive and start the service.

this is the link for help.
