Calendar Permissions using Powershell in Office365

I am tryin to give permission to one o  executives secretarys so she can be the owner of the calendar and create meetings.  I have this powershell script that will make the default user the owner, but that allows anyone to make changes.  I am just wanting to allow the user the privileges.

Set-MailboxFolderPermission -identity\calendar -user default -accessrights owner

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

All you need to do is replace Default with the user you want permissions to. Use the users alias or samaccountname.

Example below...
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -identity\calendar -user user1 -accessrights owner
