creating classifer function - Sql Server 2012

I am going thru a tutorial on how to create a Resource Pool.  I create the Function MyClassifier()
Then
Click REsource Governor/ResourcePools/Create New Pool.

Dialog opens,

Click Enable Resource Governor and the Drop down only displays (None).

Where is the the classifer I just created?

When I tried the function execution it states "Msg 2714, Level 16, State 3, Procedure myClassifer, Line 1
There is already an object named 'myClassifer' in the database."

So where did it go?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you check to see if your function was created in the AdventureWorks database versus the "Master" system database?

Check in the database tree nodes "Programmability" under "Scalar-valued Functions"

Microsoft documentation states that the function should be
defined with server scope (master database).

kfschaefer1, do you still need help with this question?
As LajuanTaylor questioned you, did you create the Classifier function in the master database?
