We have an issue where will will have a system with a serial #. Then we reimage that system to another name and no there are 2 systems with the same serial #. Since we have our inactive status setting at 7 days. These 2 records show as active for the 7 days. Cause issue with our inventory.
Is there a way to clean up the old systems with the same serial number?
I have no idea on how to do this. Any help would be great.
