Sorry for creating confusion about my question. I was bringing DPM into discussion as an example of throttling traffic to Azure. Basically, my question is how to throttle the amount off traffic created by VHD migrations through the Azure Powershell cmdlet.<br />

I'm migrating VHDs from on-premise to Azure over a 50Mb connection. The problem is that if I do this during the day, it's almost saturating the pipe with traffic. Is there a way to throttle the amount of traffic of the migration? I know you can control the amount of traffic sent from DPM to Azure but I don't see any specifications regarding the transfer of VHDs to Azure.<br />
