How to copy fonts from one computer to another?

Good day,

I have a laptop and a desktop computer. I never much noticed that one computer has a couple of fonts that I would like to use on the other system.  Is it possible to copy the fonts from one system to the other? I am using Windows 7 on both systems.

Thank you...

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not all of the fonts.  Just the ones that you need.

From http://word.tips.net/T000586_Transferring_Fonts.html

Most fonts are copyrighted, and should not be transferred from system to system without regard to that copyright. Since most fonts end up on a system when new software is installed or when a special font is purchased and installed, you'll want to check the original documentation that came with the software or font. It should spell out exactly whether you can freely transfer the font from one system to another.
