I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unless you are running out of disk space (look in Windows Explorer), then your organization must have a space quota for user documents (in the user folder) or for email (and OST is too large).

Gerwin Jansen, EE MVETopic Advisor Commented:
Look on your desktop, any large (or a lot) of files that you've put there? If you can move them to a different location like c:\temp or d:\ (if you have a d drive).

There is NO limit if not on a domain. My local User folder (includes Profiles) is > 20 GB. If you have enough disk space, there is no issue.  So:

1. New machine - bad Windows build.
2. New machine - small drive (SSD) and running out of space.
3. Domain restrictions if on domain.

new machine not low on space.
we are going through a citrix connection into SAP and not sure if it is the citrix giving us the error message or the pc itself.
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
Check the machine without connecting to Citrix. Same message from old machine and different new machine indicates a Citrix issue.
Gerwin Jansen, EE MVETopic Advisor Commented:
Can you export from SAP? If so where do you store those files?

If they end up on your TS profile, the issue will remain regardless of new PC's.
