Microsoft Windows 2012 Volume Licensing
After logging into my Microsoft Volume Licensing Portal; I selected "Add Open License" and entered "License number" and "Authorization number" correctly. No problem with the entry of the license numbers. However, when I click "Submit" I get a pop up message "This Authorization / License number combination is temporarily unavailable". I've tried for the last 7 x days and still same popup message. Assist resolve this issue please.

The only choice is to contact Microsoft - it's a problem with their web site and your account. No one can fix it for you but them *IF* you confirm different browsers don't work (I've had instances where one doesn't and another does - though not for this specific problem).
