Showing a decimal as a 4-place percentage within an Excel cell

I have the following formula...

=""&BasicData!O14&"with a "&(BasicData!O20*100)&"% Ownership Interest in ""The Company"" "

The value of O20 is 0.51 and I need to show the value as 51.0000%, with 4 decimal places, regardless of whether they are zeroes or not.
