Replace FotiGate 60C to FortiGate 100D

Robert-Prodigy used Ask the Experts™
Hello Experts,
I want to replace our FortiGATE 60C to 100D and I want to know if we can backup the configuration of 60C (v4.0,build0672,130904) and restore it to the new FortiGATE.
60C model has a Wi-Fi and the 100D does not have a W-Fi built-in – This will cause a problem to restore 60C in 100D?
In addition we need a Wi-Fi AP which can hold 50 devices (Laptop, Cell-Phone etc.) – What do you recommend?
