Are you sure they go into the personal or are they displayed under one heading as an aggregate from all accounts?<br />
Usually, you can only alter settings under the account dealing with where to place junk, sent, etc. <br />

I am pretty sure that it was going to one inbox... what do you mean by &quot;as an aggregate from all accounts&quot;? &nbsp; There was only one inbox.<br />

From what I know the imap is designed to sync so putting it into one inbox would not make sense how would it know how to what to include in the sync, etc...<br />

I have an image of the problem setup so I may implement it so I can inspect it more...<br />

I am pretty sure that it was going to one inbox... what do you mean by "as an aggregate from all accounts"?   There was only one inbox.

Hello, I just rebuilt a client's system because of a major windows issue. &nbsp;The client had about 5 imap email accounts inboxes in outlook 2010 pointing the personal folder inbox. &nbsp;This was was NOT done via rules.<br />
