Do you want to use SQL Full Edition 2012, and a Windows 2012 OS?
How many hosts and VMs ?
You may be well advised to use the vCenter Appliance ?

Was the link to fellow VMware vExpert Derek Seaman's website, detailing a 14 part guide to installing, vSphere, vCenter Server for Windows, Certificates required and SQL database creation, not detailed enough for you ?

Hi Andrew Hancock,
Regret for the Delay, The link which was provided by you in the above comments was not up to the mark. However I am Posting the Question to you Again and expecting the good resolution which could helpful for me.
How to Deploy the VMware® vCenter Server™ 6.0 from scratch (Including, VC DB Creation, etc.) On Windows box, Please refer the attached PPT for clear Understanding and I am choosing the attached PPT Vmware Topology, Please provide the correct solution with best Vmware standards and Best Practices as per industry standards.
Database Query.
I need one information clearly how many database instance's has been required for V-Sphere 6.0 Installation.?
Answer:
I have performed the VSphere 6.0 installation on my test box and we have created a VC-database on the same server (Refer PPT) while installation we have pointed the same database and the installation has been done successfully, did it will create another database automatically for SSO? Or else it will use the same VC Database which we have pointed, please confirm from your end and confirm is it a best practice as per the industry standards?

There is nothing to your diagram, it's basic, and standard.
vCenter Server as a VM or physical server, hosted on an ESXi Server, using an SQL database on a physical server.
We deploy ALL virtual, SQL Server, Windows Server, so vCenter Server is virtual, and we've been doing this for over 10 years.

Thanks for your answer
How about the SSO Database did it will create another database automatically for SSO while performing the VSphere installation? Or Else it will use the VC Database? Please Confirm.
Few of my friends are saying that VC Database is Separate and SSO Database is Separate, Which Means that VC Database will created initially by us and we will start installation and we will point the same database at the time of installation (This Part I am Clear), But when coming to the SSO database it will automatically created by VSphere during installation process is that statement is Correct or Wrong Please Suggest.
