# Match on One Column, Compare Values in Another

For sake of the question, I've got two sheets ('One' and 'Two') that have identical column layout. I want to match each cell in column A of sheet 'One' to a cell in sheet 'Two' and if I find a match, compare the corresponding values in the cell in column B. If they match, then I want to present 'Y' in the adjacent cell of column C in sheet 'One'. I'd like to build a formula in column C to display the desired results.

Thus if sheet One has (hyphens delineate columns):
ABC123 - 3857.45
ASR059 - 2394.32
LEC830 - 7920.34

And sheet Two has
ABC123 - 3857.45
ASR059 - 4956.12
LEC830 - 7920.34

The repective values in column C of sheet One would be 'Y', 'N', 'Y'. Can this be done with a formula?

You can even use this one...

=IF(COUNTIFS(Sheet2!\$A\$1:\$A\$3,Sheet1!A1,Sheet2!\$B\$1:\$B\$3,Sheet1!B1)>0,"Y","N")

Does the same thing...
