Crystal Reports - duplicate values due to sort order - do not call subreport

Have the attached report that is in the desired sort order needed for our production scheduler.  The issue I am currently having is that some values are showing multiple times due to the sort order.  Wanted to see if anyone knows of another way to keep the desired sort order but not show repeat values.  I am not sure if there is a way to supress other values if the "Formual" was already processed using some sort of vairable function.  Additionally, if that is possible i also need a way to then not call the sub report as the sub report which are the values represented in white background on the report.

You could group on the values an put the information in the group header or footer

Current grouping is needed for desired sorting.  To sum up the original request  - I really just need to know if the "formula number" has previously been processed so it does not execute the sub report and duplicate the values.  I think this can be done in global var and passing down the formula field but not sure how to do that.

So a vw_ReOrderReport.Formula_Num could appear in more than one group for vw_ReorderReport.Available or the date?

If so the only way to do it is to keep track of all formula_nums that have run and suppress the group footer and the subreport based on if it is in the list.

How many formulas do you have in a typical run?
