How to remove Mac Safari hijacker Mac-Protecton.com

I am trying to remove some scare-ware/ Safari hijacker.
It is linked to mac-protecton.com

I don't see anything in Safari Extensions.

AVG can't run on this mac - it has 10.7.5

How can I remove it?
