Change textbox ID dynamically

Hi Experts,

I have 7 stations in my project. If the station ID is 1 then I want to display some text in textbox1.text. If station ID is 2 then display text in textbox2. So how can I change the ID of the textbox dynamically.

Thanks.

When you say change the ID are you saying you want the (Name) property to be dynamic?  So you have a Form with one textbox on it and depending on what stating the program is on you want the (Name) to change?

Where are you getting the Station ID from?  Is it from the computer name the app is running on?

Assuming WinForms, you can search for a control by name like this:
        Dim StationID As Integer = 2
        Dim ctlName As String = "TextBox" & StationID
        Dim matches() As Control = Me.Controls.Find(ctlName, True)
        If matches.Length > 0 AndAlso TypeOf matches(0) Is TextBox Then
            Dim tb As TextBox = DirectCast(matches(0), TextBox)
            ' ... do something with "tb" ...
            tb.Text = "Hello World!"
        End If
