Verify YouTube / Google Account

Hi, does anyone know how to verify your YouTube or Google account?

I want to set a customised thumbnail on my video, but apparently your account needs to be verified in order to do that.

My account is actually a Google Business App account so i don't think it will be that hard to verify?
