Hi, I have a very strange problem with Office 2013 on a particular user's machine...
They can copy and paste between all applications (e.g from Chrome to Word, Notepad to Outlook, Word to Outlook) but you cannot copy and paste within Word or Outlook.
For example, you can copy a paragraph of text from a Word document into an e-mail and you can paste the contents of an e-mail into Word.
However, you cannot copy/paste a paragpraph within the same Word document or (more frustratingly) copy text from one e-mail into 2-3 other e-mails that you need to send out.
I've tried the usual fixes (sfc/scannow, disabled add-ons, run Word in safe mode, run a repair on Office) but none of them seem to work.
It's a fresh installation of Office 2013 as I uninstalled Office 2010 on the PC yesterday...the issue happened in Office 2010 (exactly the same - able to paste between applications but not within Word or Outlook).
Hopefully someone has come across this and can advise me, or give me some ideas as to what else I can try in order to get this working again.
I've given the user a workaround of copying from an e-mail into Notepad then back into Outlook but this is far from idea.
