schedule script execution in windows 2000

I need certain script in windows 2000 to be executed every 5 minutes, whats the best way to do it?

task manager? any other solution?

how do i set up task manager?

You can use Task Scheduler.  Schedule the job to run daily and then click the option to repeat every 5 minutes.  Refer to link below for more information:

create a batch file of the script and then use task scheduler to reference to it and it should work.
