Creating hyperlink within excel 2013 based on cell information

I have a spreadsheet that contains all my dell assets. One column has the dell services tags. I want to turn all the service tags in to hyperlinks to the following site.

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/servicetag/<Service Tag>/maintain?ref=captchaseen

How do i get this url to fill in the Service Tag based on the cell in excel 2013

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

would a concatenate followed by a Paste Special.. Values work for you?

enter the tags from A3 downwards.
copy from B3 down for all tags
copy B3 resulting text, and Paste Special.. Values to C3 on down.

Thanks but it doesnt help me. I need a hyper link function that would take value from column C and add it to the hyperlink

http://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/"DATA"

the "DATA" comes from the spreadsheet cell.
