I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The maximums in SCCM are somewhat fluid, but at the extreme upper end, Microsoft technet tells us that each Distribution Point will support 4,000 clients (and 10,000 applications/packages.)  Each primary and secondary site can support 250 distribution points (with 2000 pull only distribution points)... with an upper limit of 5000 distribution points in the hierarchy.

Concurrency limits will probably be limited by server hardware and network capabilities rather than SCCM.
