Microsoft Excel 2010 very simple solver scenario that does not work.

I am trying to automate a solver calculation in excel 2010 using VBA. I thought I had solver making correct calculations some time ago, but now it can't find the answer. It's so simple goal seek should even work but I prefer to use solver. I created and attached a very simple spreadsheet that should demonstrate the issue. The correct answer I'm looking for in cell E6 is 203.29.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I just noticed an error in a comment on my attached spreadsheet. The answer I'm looking for should be the highest (not lowest as I incorrectly stated on the spreadsheet) value that yields a value >0 in cell E12

You forgot the spreadsheet.

Enter this formula in another cell say E4

Now set the following solver parameters

Objective: E4
To: Max
By Changing: E6
Constraint: E12>=1
