I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Load your img file into the VM CD-Reader, then browse it using either the Centos GUI or via cmd line...

If that doesn't work, copy it to the VM and create a folder under (eg) mount like /mount/crm then mount the img file into this folder "mount -o loop <imagefile.img> /mnt/crm" ... When mounted you can also browse it within the /mount/crm folder.

This way you can install it ... To help any further we'll need some more info on the contents of the img ans what CRM software it is maybe...
