If the hardware of two servers is identical then yes, restore is not a problem. But if you have different RAId controllers and CPUs then it is not possible. You can restore it but it will not boot.
For this you can use P2P Adjust OS tool from Paragon Hard Disk Manager WinPE CD. It will adjust the OS to new hardware in one click.
Unfortunately Microsoft does not provide such functionality itself.

You need to get this tool: http://www.paragon-software.com/small-business/hdm-business/
With it you will become an option to create a bootable Recovery CD based on WinPE.
Once you create it boot the source server from it and run Backup to USB drive.
Then boot the target server from this CD and perform restore. When it is done go to tool in main menu of WinPE for HDM and select there P2P Adjust OS.
It will find the OS on your RAID (if RAID is not detected properly you can load its drivers directly from WinPE) and scans for new hardware. Select the drivers you want to install and apply changes, it will disable unnecessary drivers and install those which are needed.
Restart to Windows.
