Generate a database schema level diagram like ERD for MM module in SAP
How can i generate a database schema level ERD diagram.
This diagram will show relationships between all tables in a schema like MM schema.

In Oracle we would use TOAD, SqlDeveloper would generaate ERD diagrams automatically

It would be nice if i could log into the database using SqlDeveloper or TOAD (Oracle Development tools) and it generates ERD for me. Is it possible.

In transaction SE12 there is a button "Graphic" (CTRL+SHIFT+F11) where you can see the foreign relationships bewteen the tables. But there are usually a lot of tables involved so it looks in general very confusing.

The above comment show another way to check foreign key tables linked to a master table - say MARA as an ERD from within SAP. Just for general reference to all
