Hi,

Is there any software which can help me to make  Photo Effects Paint Splash in minutes with many templates or layouts. Here are the sample of youtube, this is what I want quickly:

The Gimp is the tool for that. But you won't be able to do things quickly with any software. You will have to learn to use it.
