Lost of audio signal on the voice Mail on the Cisco IP Phone 7945

Hi

Good day

Need help recently we having issue on the Cisco IP Phone 7945, when user retrieving voicemail and voice signal was distorted.

For your further investigation i had unplug the phone from the Ethernet switch port and reset back the phone and issued remain the same.

Please note we had a MPLS link back to HQ in Melbourne.

Please kindly advised the best solution to resolve this issue.

The phone Model number is CP-7945G
Phone version is *sccp45.9-3-1SR4-IS*

Sounds like a QoS issue.  Do you have QoS configured on the branch network, or on the MPLS?
