Need help recently we having issue on the Cisco IP Phone 7945, when user retrieving voicemail and voice signal was distorted.
For your further investigation i had unplug the phone from the Ethernet switch port and reset back the phone and issued remain the same.
Please note we had a MPLS link back to HQ in Melbourne.
Please kindly advised the best solution to resolve this issue.
The phone Model number is CP-7945G
Phone version is *sccp45.9-3-1SR4-IS*
