installing all drivers under chip set helped
these are the two I have left:
!Unknown device
!Dell Wireless 5620 (EV-DO-HSPA) Mobile Broadband Mini-Card NMEA (COM4)
When I try to install driver located under Modem/Communications
Dell Wireless 5620 EVDO-HSPA it will download which is a .zip file
when I try to extract it asks for a password
File "SystemID" is password protected Please enter the password in the box below.

Are you downloading the firmware update in error?
The driver package should download as an .exe
this is the one
http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER94530M/3/DELL_WIRELESS-5620-EVDO-HSPA_A09_R292109.exe
The other unknown device is likely to be the card reader (unless you know that's already working)
Look for Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader Driver under chipset. If it's not this we can track down the device ID in Device Manager to identify it.

Zip password protected? Is this driver from an official web site?
It might be locked because it's expecting a Verizon set up who's you telecoms provider for the card?

Not sure what you are asking here beyond that.
Did not have a chance to use your tag to see whether windows 7 is an option Dell offered for your model.
