Connecting mobile devices to Exchange 2013 when KEMP loadbalancer fail

Dear experts, I'm preparing in terms of disaster recovery. We have 2 all in one exchange 2013 servers in active/standby (DAG) mode connecting to a KEMP load balancer. Everything is connecting to the KEMP load balancer at the moment. However if the LB should fail in terms of hardware, how do I bypass the KEMP for Andriod and IOS device? For outlook I can connect directly to the server through server GUID from internal LAN. As for external, how do I do that for Outlook and mobile devices? Thanks in advance.

You would need to change the NAT configuration to bypass the load balancer and go directly to one of the servers. Simple as that.

"For outlook I can connect directly to the server through server GUID from internal LAN."

That isn't correct though. The clients don't connect to the server GUID, they only use Outlook Anywhere. Therefore internally you would have to change the DNS entry for the Outlook Anywhere address to connect directly to the server.

Hi Simon, currently in the DNS server, we're pointing to the KEMP load balancer IP. Do I change the DNS record for to point to IP and that would achieve the same thing? I do not need to use GUID?

Just modify the DNS entry to point directly to Exchange.
