i gave my user account FULL ACCESS PERMISSION in exchange 2010 to the account ebilling.<br />

in outlook, i see the ebilling folder on the let pane. however, when i click on it, i get a pop up window, CANNOT EXPAND THE FOLDER. why?<br />
