I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can try modify this:

select a.num, 100.0*a.num/
(
select sum(num) Total from
  (
select 100 as num
union all
select 50
union all
select 25
union all
select 25
    ) a
   ) pct
from
(
select 100 as num
union all
select 50
union all
select 25
union all
select 25
) a

Just use another variable to store the sum and then calculate the % like -

drop table #temp
create table #temp
(
a int
)
insert into #temp values(100)
insert into #temp values(25)
insert into #temp values(50)
insert into #temp values(25)

declare @sum decimal(19,2)
select @sum=(select sum(a) from #temp)

select a,a*100/@sum as "%"
from #temp
