Hide freeze pane lines in excel 2013

Does any one have a method for hiding or formatting freeze pane lines on excel spreadsheets please?

  I guess the first question is, are you willing to code or do you expect it in the menus of Excel somewhere?
anyway here is the pane property discussed at MSDN

and if you go to the bottom of that and click on the Window members it says gridlines, but don't know if that includes freeze pane lines, are part of the window as you can see here.

I don't know how to go further here, but probably someone else at EE does know if you're going to try.
