Word2010, Oulook2010 and Wordpad copy/paste issue

On Windows 7 Pro PC, currently not able to copy/paste in Word2010, Outlook2010 and Wordpad but can C/P in the other Office2010 Apps, IE and Notepad. Already checked (re-populated) keyboard shortcuts -not the issue. This issue started a few weeks ago and has now spread to another PC. Specifically, issue seems to be more copy-related rather than paste, I can copy from another App and Paste into Word2010/Outlook2010. O/S and OHB2010 up-to-date. Ran 'sfc/ scannow' -no success. Also tried Office repair, no luck. Not sure if issue stems from Office2010 since Wordpad c/p also has issue. The issue exists using both 'right-click' context menu and keyboard shortcuts. Event viewer not showing anything relevant.

A note from SpectorSoft on the issue:
http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1002361-copy-paste-no-longer-working?page=2#entry-4714433
Our technical support team has had calls from customers with the same situation and have also come to the conclusion that KB3057839 seems to be the update that is causing a conflict with our Recorder in some cases.

Our developers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and release a Recorder update to address it. In the meantime, we are suggesting that affected customers can uninstall KB3057839 as a workaround as it does appear to restore the lost copy/paste functionality.

As mentioned, SpectorSoft has since released an update:
http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1002361-copy-paste-no-longer-working?page=4#entry-4731607

However, if you're not using SpectorSoft, you could try uninstalling KB3057839 anyway, as it may be conflicting with another program you have.

John, thanks for the reply. I will check for that software. Not familiar with it.
Found remnants of the program. Removed the files and all is good now. Thanks.
@Kostas Mantis  - Thanks for the update and I was happy to help.
