• Click "file"
•Click "print"
•When it brings up the Printer box
•Click "Properties" next to Selected Printer
•It will bring up a box with several Tabs
•Make sure you are on the "Color" Tab.
•Half Way down you will see "Color Management".
•Click on the drop down box, and change to "Adobe RGB (1998)"

The default print style for Outlook Calendars is in grey shading;
After File - Print, in the "Print style" box select the style you want, then click the Page Setup button,

Then on the Format tab uncheck the "Print using gray shading" box;

Do you actually have colors in your calendar? Calendar printing will print everything that is not color categorized in Black and white, even if it may be blue on your screen. Appointments that are tentative will print blue, but the the outline and accepted appointments will all be black...

Try to assign an appointment to a color category, and try again...
