Microsft project 2007 - Outdent default font bold

Hi All,

I've been asked to create a Microsoft Project file and I'd like to set the top tier to be in bold.

Any idea how this can be set by default?

Hi,

with the Standard Options you can only define the font for SUMMARY tasks, but Independent from the level. You do this in Edit..Format..Text Styles. Then select "Summary tasks" from the pulldown and set the font you want.

If you ONLY want to have this for tasks of outline level 1 you need to create a macro that etiher runs through all tasks and changes the font if the outline level = 1 or that fires on the task change event after creation/change  of a new task to check the outline level and set the font.

Thomas
