I am trying to connect a disconnected mailbox but it throws error that cannot find the mail box on particular mailbox database

it still throws error
Is it possible to recycle the Info store service on that database server? Or if possible recycle all of the Exchange services?

there are 500 users , it wont be possible , is there any other thing?
Are you able to try to create a same mailbox ? or getting error message if you are getting an error it means mailbox is still on the server needs to ran clean-mailboxdatabase command on all exchange server and wait for replication some time its happen.

Looks like mailbox is now gone from database, as it passed it's deleted mailbox retention limit. Only option left to recover data from backup and merge it to new mailbox.
It means mailbox does not exist on the exchange server which you trying to connect.
Was anything wrong with my answer. let me know, so I can improve it for future question. Because I said same and told you solution also.
