My IE 11 browser session doesn't have a Home icon (see graphic).<br />
This doesn't happen all the time. &nbsp;Just sometimes.<br />
What is causing this and how can I bring back the icon?<br />

My IE 11 browser session doesn't have a Home icon (see graphic).

My browser sessions are sometimes missing the HOME icon -  IE version 11.
