cannot see renewed certificate in exchange 2010 hybrid configuration wizard

We have a hybrid deployment set-up with Exchange 2010 and Office 365.

The SAN certificate is about to expire so I have renewed the certificate and imported into the exchange server.  When I run the Hybrid configuration wizard to point to the new certificate I cannot see the certificate in the mail flow security dialogue box where you select the certificate in the drop down box.

I can only see the certificate that is about to expire and a couple of other old certificates.

Is there anything I need to do to show the certificate in the hybrid wizard?

I have rebooted the server and still no joy.

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the links and verified it was installed correctly. I have checked and the correct certificate is binded to IIS on the exchange and it is valid with the correct values in powershell i.e. RootCAType is set to third party. But still cant see the certificate in the hybrid configuration wizard. I have also enabled the certificate using powershell assigning the relevant services such as SMTP and IIS.

Still no luck.

It turned out that the certificate was not required in the hybrid deployment wizard for the relaying so even though it was not resolved it it worked.
