disable only missed conversation e-mail notification on Lync 2013

we would like to disable only missed conversation e-mail notification on Lync 2013, but still want to save im history for 30 days under "conversation folder"
basically we want to make sure any IM via Lync clients is stored for 30 days including missed conversations.

we have a policy on lync 2013 server to keep conversations for 30 days.
conversation history is getting updatedbut missed conversations are staying in outlook/inbox beyond 30 day period.

we don't want to implement any outlook client based rules.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Lync Client uses EWS to connect to mailbox for writing missed conversation alerts.  To disable missed conversation, you need to disable all rules of EWS with Lync.
For Lync 2013 Client Locate HKCU\Software\Microsoft\office\15.0\Lync\user.smtp.address\Autodiscovery

Make sure the following entries are blank if you need to disable missed conversation

ExternalAvailabilityServerUrl
InternalAvailabilityServerUrl
ExternalEwsUrl
InternalEwsUrl
ExternalOofServerUrl
InternalOofServerUrl

Also you can disable missed conversation from appear on outlook by creating a RULE in Outlook to send this notification to Trash or deleted items.
