Migration issue with Exchange mailboxes to O365 using the Hybrid migration

I attached two screenshots showing the two types of migration ...

- This is what I'm receiving using the New Migration Batch from O365 >>  We couldn't detect your server settings. Please enter them. The ExchangeRemote endpoint settings could not be determined from the autodiscover response.No MRSProxy was found running at XXX@XYZ.org

- From Microsoft Exchange, I'm receiving the following >> Add a remote forest to the Exchange Management Console root node

You can also consider Microsoft Exchange Server Deployment Assistant a web based application from Microsoft that ask some questions and then provides step wise migration guide to get this job done.
