SQL 2012 DATABASE Mail shows status "unsent"

We have Configured SQL 2012 server Enterprise on windows server 2012 R2 in our environment. We have configured database email profiles and it was working fine. Since one week we found the issue that we can not able to send emails from database.

when we check sysmail_allitems it shows status unsent.

We have verified below details till now.

1-Database Mail is enabled

2-mails are being sent by sysadmin account

3- Database Mail is started

4-I checked and mail server is accessible from SQL host(using ping ,telnet ServerName 25)

Kindly advice we are stuck here....!!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
