Joining text and cells with formatting

Hi,

I have attached a spreadsheet.

In BB56 there is the text i want from the corresponding cells in AF56:AZ56

So i know there formula where i can join these but am not sure how to put it together

If someone can put this together i can copy to the rest of my cells

Thats nearly perfect Rgonzo, it returns the below - the only thing is the $1'878 where it should read $1,878

Amazon income has increased 33%, broken down - NII is $1'878k, a change of 65% - FX inc is $1'437k, a change of 542% - Non FX income is $'412k, a change of -78% and average balances are $847'749k, a change of 29%.
