Outlook 2013 and OWA in WIndows 8.1

I recently migrated my Exchange 2007 to 2013. All computer were able to connect to new server automatically except one which was using Windows 8.1 1home. I upgraded the computer to pro and joined doman and it still fails to connect to both OWA and from outlook client. I tried to added host name and IP address to hosts file and still does not work, In fact, when I double click on OWA certificate error it is actually giving error on watchguard fireall certificate instead of showing actual exchange certificate.
I have already disabled window firewall. Why only one computer is unable to fetch correct exchange certificate?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The upgrade to Pro may not have worked correctly (happens).

Try a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account) and see if Outlook works in the new account.

If not, you can try a Windows 8 Refresh (Action Center). This keeps data but makes you reinstall most software. I am not sure if Refresh will keep you at Pro or take you back to Home.

It may be fastest to back up, format, install Windows 8.1 Pro and start again.

what is the error on the watchguard? you have to import the certificate if it is self signed into the trusted root store.

Since the computer is joined to the domain that implies that the dns setting is correct i.e. it has only the dns servers in its network settings. check to make sure.

on the client machine do a nslookup for the mail.domain.com and/or owa.domain.com
