Windows 10 Reservation

Two of my 3 computers have the Windows 10 reservation app in the lower right notification area.  One has Windows 7, the other Windows 8.1.  My newest laptop (Yoga Pro 3) has Windows 8.1 with all the latest updates but does not display the reservation app.  I do not have any of the issues mentioned on the Microsoft help page on why it may not appear.  My Windows is genuine and activated.  How should I proceed?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The Yoga Pro 3 certainly should support Windows 10 - his is the type of product Windows 10 is made for.
